10:45 50 grams casein protein with lowfat milk
1 gallon or more of water. This is very doable for me I have the motivation and I am almost doing this now just have to tweak it abit. Would this be good or do I need more.
Looks like a great start. Stick to it and see what happens. A good thing to do is purchase everythng for the week and ration all your meals before the week starts and then go for it. Being technical is part of the game and having everything ahead of time will make it that much easier....
