Where can buy taurine ?

Back pumps from VAR are getting worse everyday. I went for a walk today and my back just gave up after a mile. Checked at walgreens and they didn't have any taurine. Don't want to order online because that will take a few days. Any suggestion on where i can go? Also are there any alternatives? Magnesium?

I think ZMA is a great addituon to any body builder zinc and magnesium it triggers Growth hormone in your sleep long as ubtake it a hour before bedtime u always need magnesium

any vitamin shop or GNC will have it .. just check the ingredients to make sure they aren't using fillers

You can find that supplement almost every store you walk in where I live.
