ok i do cardio on wednesdays and i dont like doing am cardio more than once a week, which i already do on tuesday cuz i believe it burns too much muscle, so on wednesday i eat at 12:00 PM a protein bar and dont eat until i get home from school at 2:35, should i do cardio when i get home before i eat, or eat then do it? i run for 3.5 miles arond outside.
