When cutting weight, obviously you want to be calorie defciet and high protein. But when is the best time to get those few carbs in? Pre and post workout? Breakfeast? Before bed? I'm not carb cycling or anything just trying to get a general idea.
It also depends on how many carbs you are eating per day. If around 100 then split half in the morning and the other half post workout. If eating more than 100 then split into more meals with a larger portion going twords breakfast and postworkout
it really depends on your needs, how many calories are you burning during the day and when are you working out.... But what I posted works for me... Comes down to calories in and calories out...
