well i cook my chicken on the stove. i gotta get flavoring cuz im a guy that loves to go out and eat at restaurants so cutting alot of this out is hard in its self but i have lost a good amount of fat so far
How are you making your chicken? I use a foreman and make a breast at a time.. comes out perfect. I also eat steamed brown rice with 1tbsp fat free italian dressing in it if I'm sick of plain.
I dont have a problem at all eating like this.. I've been doing it about 5 weeks now with 7 to go and doubt I'll get tired of it at all.
Dude, buy some spices and mixes in the supermarket. It's fool proof. Just spinkle and bake. I use this saltless chicken seasoning that has rosemary and other stuff. It does the jod. Plus lemons make everything taste great.
There are so many premade marinades, tons of premixed spices, hot sauce, Emirl makes some good ones, there are also some low carb marinade out there that are great. You can allways broil your chicken, put tin foil over then broiling pain(easy clean up)....lower to six inches below heat, cook 4,5 or so minutes each side and you have juicy flavorful chicken.
I don't give a shit about taste! At least not Monday-Friday. That is when my diet is 100% on the money. But weekends?! SHIIIIIIITT!!! I eat what I want, when I want. But all in moderation of course.
I find that if I deprive myself of good tasting food for 5 days, it makes the food that I eat on the weekends taste so much more better. I just enjoy it more!
