What's The Best Type Of Cardio For Losing Bodyfat???

Thanks. I'm not knocking cardiopulmonary training all together mind you, but it certainly ain't the hot ticket for fat loss. In fact, not long after cardio really starts to spark fatty acid metabolism, your body begins to burn protein at a similar rate!

i like high intensity intervals for cardio, does not really matter what equapments its done on
 
I think I'm going to start off jumping rope for 25-30 minutes in the AM on a cushioned mat in the garage. The best thing about it is it's CHEAP!!! I'm trying to lose 2-3% bodyfat. I'm 10-11% right now and trying to get to 8%bf.
 
Its all about heart rate. heart rate elevated to 125 up to 150 depending on age. I do stairmaster 6x a week 45 min a day, I started 45 min 2 x a day today so an hour and a half 6 x a week. for me!

Fellas, what do you think about jumping rope for 25-30 minutes first thing in the morning to lose some bodyfat? I'll also use a combo of Ephedrine HCL(25mgs) & Caffeine(200mgs) 30 minutes before exercising. Does this sound OK??
 
Sometimes I think the people who ask the most questions, do the least exercise.

Increasing your HR ain't that hard, so go and do it.
