Well, if you're going low-carb, I'd definitely suggest investing in some psyllium husk.

Either that, or keep a jackhammer handy near the bathroom.
 
I laugh at what you said hoffmeister. I will take everyones ideas into consideration and plan my diet and exercise routine. Thanks for all the help everyone. When i start my diet and routine i will post it and let everyone know how i am doing and if need be ( i wil need this) ask all of you for further advice and help with motivation, but in all honesty motivation must come from within.
