What was the most stupid thing you have done in your BodyBuilder carreer ?

I wouldnt call my lifting a "body building career", but here is the dumbest thing I have done.

Squated my highest weight for 10 reps
immediatly dropped weight and went to failure
immediatly dropped weight again and went to failure
immediatly dropped weight and went to failure
at that point I could no longer lift any weight so I stood in the rack and lowered down to a deep squat and jumped as high as I could until my feet woul no longer leave the floor. At that point I coninued to just do squats with no weight until I had to use my arms to help pull me up.

I got nausious, but couldnt move so tried to hold it for a couple minutes until I could make it to the lockerroom where I proceeded to blow chuncks. Felt pretty good after that, got up headed out of the locker room, blacked out and did a header, face first on the tile floor giving myself whiplash. BP drops when ya vomit and I stood up to quick after words :(
 
1) Taking dbol back in HS and really not knowing a thing about it. And taking large amounts. SideEffects. Im Mr.Clean now.. :bawling:

2) Max Squating to showoff without the proper tech and warmup, which resulted in spine that looks like a roadmap with compressed vert's and pinched nerves

Besides that
 
doing 2 deca only cycles. wondering why my dick wouldn't get hard. didnt know about deca dick back then.
also doing taking 1 winny tab a day thinking it was gonnna do something..haha...
 
Running my pie hole in the gym while changing plates on the incline bench. Grabbed the 45 while a 25 was before it, slid the weight, and 25 dropped on my foot from about 5 feet. GIANT bruise, no broken bone, but deep tissue and bone bruise. foot swelled up like Fred flintsone foot. No squats, running, dead lifts, cleans, military presses for about 6 weeks. WHAT A STUPID THING TO DO. That and buying into the calorie thing of the 80's Remember MEGA MASS 2300? Fucking like eating a bag of sugar with strawberry flavor. THAT was just as dumb.........

i did the same exact fuckign thing lol


how abuot jamming your fingers in between some heavy ass dumbells and they turn purple. or doing lat pull downs, thinking you have the full rack 350+lbs and its only on 40lbs and you fall on your ass comign down with the bar.
