GIANT bruise, no broken bone, but deep tissue and bone bruise. foot swelled up like Fred flintsone foot. No squats, running, dead lifts, cleans, military presses for about 6 weeks. WHAT A STUPID THING TO DO. That and buying into the calorie thing of the 80's Remember MEGA MASS 2300? Fucking like eating a bag of sugar with strawberry flavor. THAT was just as dumb.........
