i went to the local supps store today and am interested in starting a protein shake after my weightlifting workout in the evening as I leave my house before 7 :00 am and don't get home until 8 or 9,
The guy at the store said he could advise me on what to get... but he had good thigns to say about them all..
does it depend on what my goals are? should I try whey protein? or one of the 100 other protein drinks?
I really have no idea!
