What needle size are you using? Perhaps it would be a good idea to learn to do injections with the right hand? I do have a similar problem - I am a righty, and I have a much easier time doing the injections in the right glute. However, I do the effort of doing the injections in the left glute as well for purposes of injection distribution, and so far I have not developed any scar tissue.
