I want to get this straight first. I SUCK at photography so to me these pictures do no justice to real life.

I started the Omega Project May 1st and have had unbelieveable progress. I will post up my before pictures tomorrow hopefully. Here are a few with my ugly mug in all of them so there is proof my before pic is legit. I am currently anywhere from 180-185 at depending on the time of day at 5'11". My goals are to get to 200lbs at current bf% some day. Not looking to be a body builder by any means.

Dude its going to be a breeze getting to 200lbs....when you get there I'm sure you'll want more! Those calves are sick bro...are you Italian( most Italians have great calves) :)

100% italian. i got all the good and bad italian genes, lol. Dark skin, dark hair, dark eyes,.....................big nose, lol
