What supplements do you all take ??

Omega-

Do you have a supplement regimen that is ideal for the workouts? i.e. what to take for each phase?

Do you recommend cycling the creatine and is preloading still necessary?
 
Phase 1:

1)Stimulant or Stimulant/NO product Pre Workout

2) Creapure or RawMCC POST workout with Juice ASAP

3) Very large protien shake 30 minuts post workout
3b Water as well

4) Nice Solid meal 2-3 hours after your workout whether one is Hungry or not
