What % of ure bodyweight can u bench ? I was just wondering because if i compare myself to some one 20kg's heavier than me Im pretty weak but im sure if we work it out as a % of bodyweight the numbers wont look so different.
I did 465 at a bodywieght of 233 eight years ago in a bench contest(no bench suit) and just missed 480.
In training i've done 315*19, 365*10, and 405*6.
But recently the most i go to when i do bench is 405*3, and i now wiegh in at a solid 260, and my shoulders and tri's are stronger than back then.
Go figure?
