muskate High End Bro Platinum Aug 7, 2017 #12 With fat free milk - the only issue is the lactose. You are correct. Skim milk has 13g sugar and 9g protein per cup. It actually has more sugar then protein per serving. A glass of skim milk here and there isn't terrible but that sugar adds up quick if you are regularly drinking skim milk.
