What is the name of this excersie?

There is a huge girl bodybuilder in my gym that does these with a dumbbell. I can see where it would definitely burn up the triceps as well as give the lats some work.

this a GREAT excercise....I did it yesterday and my arms were on fire. I usually do it for 10 reps but this week I'm doin all my sets for 15 reps (goin away next week...tryin to get a lil rippin in this week) anyway my trainer taught me this excercise, I superset it skullcrushers too. This also gets your upper chest.

Your triceps generally originate from the rear deltoid region so to actually get full development of your tri's, you should include some form of pullover as your triceps assist in that movement. I great exercise is a combo pullover/close grip bench. Just do a bent arm pullover and when the bar comes back over your chest, press it up with elbows tucked in to sides. That's one rep. This way your are working the tri's thru their full function (shoulder joint and elbow joint). It's a good variation to Skulls.

Yeah, the excersise I did worked the full tri as well. especially the upper inside near the arm pit. I don't think I was working that part of the muscle to well before before because it was sore for about 3 days after I did this excercise for the first time.
