what do you think

Going to do a hard cut. Currently on the fat side for me (around 12%) and shooting for 5-6%. Thinking about going with the following
training days
300grams protein
100grams carbs
trace fats other that 12grams from fish oils

non training days
300grams protein
50grams carbs
25 grams fats (along with the 12grams from fish oil)

Refeed when I feel like I need it (probably about every other week)
So stims unless I absoluely get stuck and need them.

Taking the usual suspects; test, tren ace and winny

I've never dieted this low in cals other than in short bursts but truthfully haven't dropped down to 5% either so not sure how this will go.
Usual summer body fat is 9% or so - basically my avatar is typical summer. Lean but not shredded. Looked for super diced by Memorial Day.
Diet gurus please chime in.

Calories are too low. You need to up them a bit I think. What are your stats?

5'9"

12% bodyfat. But it's a legit 12% I'm not a 17% guy that says 12%. I still have abs and seperation. I get down to 9% really easily but have trouble getting lower, mostly because I get tired of dieting.
I'm 44 yrs old

Cals are definitely on the low end but I'm not sure it won't work with re-feeds but I don't know, I may need to up fats a bit.

Look up the ckd diet it should help you out. I am doing that now and feeling good on it. I also do fasted cardio every morning too in order to help burn the stores of fat.

CKD is my normal method of cutting. What I find is that any keto method (CKD, TKD, regular keto) is really effective for getting lean but for some reason it's not as good for getting down into the really low numbers. I'm not sure why this is exactly. I get to sub 10% doing some variation of a CKD then stripping that last 4% seems impossible. Could be the fact that I'm not patient and it could be the fact that I'm 44 or maybe a combination of things.

you are in great shape brother ..well done.

have you considered running t3 and clen with the low carb diet.
