What do you think about this split?

I want to lose some weight and keep some muscle while dieting. I also want the muscles to recover properly. How does this split look?

Day 1: Back, Biceps
Day 2: Abs, Cardio 30 mins
Day 3: Chest, Triceps,
Day 4: 40 mins cardio
Day 5: Shoulders and forearms
Day 6:Legs includings calves
Day 7: ABS, 30 mins cardio

I will be at the gym 7 days a week but I really dont count the cardio days. I like this split because I cant go to the gym twice a day and I cant do cardio on Day 1,3 because I am dead tired at the end of the workout. What do you guys think about this?

The other dilema I have is I go to the gym as soon as I wake up. Should I be eating anything before I go or just go on an empty stomach to lose the extra weight? It really doesnt bother me going on an empty stomach since I am used to it. Thanks guys!

u still need rest days. cardio is very taxing on the body and will take away from muscle recovery.

Complex carbs before lift days (oatmeal and bring some powerade is my suggestion), empty stomach on cardio days. I wouldnt give I would do shoulders on back day and triceps, biceps, foreams on their own day. Also legs and back day are a little too close togeather. Maybe switch day 5 and 6.

Don't listen to Lee he doesnt know what he's talking about :D . If you're in shape cardio won't hurt. I do cardio everyday.
