I am very frustrated at trying different diets.. ive been doing a mostly animalbolic type diet for the past four months.. in the beggining i had great results in the gym and also great results loosing weight and i was very very happy. I went from 225 39" waist to 208 36" waist.. i just cant seem to get past this 36" mark. The animalbolic diet is somewhat like the tkd except carbs are also eaten after the workout to supposedly spike insulin and promote growth after workout.. according to the author almost 80% of all growth/recovery occurs in the few hours after the workout. My question is what diet should i do next? Maybe this diet worked to get me to where i am but im thinking i might need a change to take it further? I was thinking about a TKD or a CKD? but i am also thinking about following a more normal split diet like xx/xx/xx including carbs 6 meals a day.. which diet would you reccomend for someone in my situation?
