thats the thing, i really dont know what to eat to get 'cut', or how much or when, i do know its all about the over all calorie intake. im just not interested in dieting now. im not super fat, or fat at all, i do have a layer or 2 im fine with, my pants are a 30 and thats fine with me. i do know how to eat good foods, and eat alot is what i do best
