Grilled tilapia (it's a fish), 1/2 cup pinto beans, a cup of broccoli and a teaspoon of olive oil
that's it??
you must weight like 105 pounds
yes i know tilapia is a fish
i would never eat it
very low on omegs
a teaspoon of olive oil?
why bother
a minimum of two tablespoon for any benefits

Considering I eat 7 times a day, "dinner" doesn't necessarily have to be a big meal. I taper my meals through the day, and what I call "dinner" just happens to be the meal that comes aorund 7 oclock. I eat again at 9 and 11.

I had 3 turkey burgers (the first grillin's on my new Foreman) with Frank's Hot Sauce. Good stuff. I also had some pumpkin + cottage cheese.
