Ok dunno if this is the best place for this post and might not get the right attention..
BUT I'd like to know what you guys have come across that you can before going to the beach or out on the water to look the most pumped up, vascular and muscular. What supplements can you take, when and how.. obviously you probably want to lift that morning but what else can you do including to look the leanest and cut etc..
