I have gained about 10 lbs in the past month and im pretty happy about it. So far my diet has consisted of 6 meals, 2 protein shakes, a load of protein and lots of milk. Including the 2 cups of milk I put in my shakes, I drink about 7 or 8 cups a day. Is this too much dairy? Its 1% milk so its not that fatty, I just do not want to gain alot of fat along with the muscle. I like the added protein though. Im going to be using flaxseed oil in my diet so the point may be moot.
Let me know what you guys think. With the flax I will be easily getting 250 grams of protein, and if the milk is adding too much fat I want to cut it out. The 6 pac is already starting to fade...
