weighins tomorrow quick question

I have early weigh ins for my meet on saturday starting tomorrow at 5:00am to 8:00pm. I will go in tomorrow at around 6:30am. I am very close to weight now. I ate tonight about 6:00pm and that will be my last meal or any kind of drink until after I weigh in. Im going to weigh when I get there but if Im still a little over Im going to sit in the sauna or steam room. Which one is best? One is the one with rocks that you pour water on that heat up and dont produce steam and the other is the kind where you set the timer and steam comes out. Which one will strip the weight off the best and or the fastest? Thanks guys.
 
I'm not sure which one is better but I'd have to go with him..... a steam room ( I would think) will cloge your pores so you won't sweat as much. You could also chew on a lemon and to make you spit alot....that will help a little also.
 
I weighed in at 7:00am and I was at 166. I wanted to be in the 165 class so I went into the sauna for 15 min and lost .2 of a pound and ended up with a final weigh in of 165.8. Its the day of the meet right now and i would say that I have gained back up around 170 to 173. I just hope the meet goes well, Im a little nervouse right now. WE'll see in a few hours I guess. Thanks guys for the advice.
