Good job nikkita. Yes calves are very difficult to make grow, unless you are genetically gifted in that area, so congraduations on gaining an inch. If you can do that though, you can probably add another, given enough time.

I've been going to the chiropractor since it happened. I think I was out of alignment before hurting it squatting. I've been working on strengthening my back more. I changed my back 5x5 from BB Rows to good mornings. So here's what my back routine looks like now:

Good Mornings 5x5
BB Rows 2x8-10
Shrugs 2x8-10
Lat Pulldown 2x8-10 (haven't decided if I like this more than assisted pull ups)
Back Extensions 3x12

Was going to do reverse hypers but really don't have anywhere to do them at my gym.
