Are we still doing this or what? I'm down to 216, but set a new PR this week. Stiff-legged deadlift with 425 for 5 reps. I have 4 abes now, with the next two starting to come in, and back into all of my 32" waist pants, and they are loose. I've got new viens appearing on my thighs, calves and arms. So all is going well. How about everyone else? Flexy, where are you?

Oh, I started my carb up for the week today, which is good because I had a date at noon, and she was worried that she would eat more than me because I was dieting, at the restaurant (that would embarass her). SO... I had to eat an appatizer, my meal, and some of her meal, since she was full, and insisted that I try it. Any of the ladies care to explain that one?
 
Still going. Think I'm going to have to forget about the squat goal of 155 x5. I had to decrease my weight down 50lbs to 85lbs for my 5x5 b/c of my back. The rest of my goals are still on though.
 
I am still trying to gain weight, though I took a week off b/c my joints and muscles needed the break after doing HST. I am at about 196 right now. Started at 191, goal is 201, so I'm only halfway there :(
 
I was not online for some time but began the 6 week challenge and stick up to it. I'm really happy that I am attaining some of my goals (bulk and strenght). My workout was changed and with that some good results as for how my muscles look now.
My current weight is 138 lbs, my calves are now 14" and my shoulders look more rounded. I still have to work for more strenght.
 
Wow, 14" calves at 138 is great! Mine are 18.5" but I'm 216 right now. 14" calves on a woman is outstanding though. There are some female pro's with calves measurements around 14 or 15 who's calves look huge.

Really? Woo-Hoo! My calves measure 14.5" around the "thickest" part. When I flex it, you can see the separation of the 2 heads of the gastroc's. Best thing - I don't train calves AT ALL. Genetically lucky calves, I guess.

My calves are about 14.25". I do train them, but not that much.

Yeah, but we already agreed that you have a perfect body in week 6.
 
Thank you very much for the motivation :) My calves had been my weakest part and I have struggled so much to make them grow.
