Are we still doing this or what? I'm down to 216, but set a new PR this week. Stiff-legged deadlift with 425 for 5 reps. I have 4 abes now, with the next two starting to come in, and back into all of my 32" waist pants, and they are loose. I've got new viens appearing on my thighs, calves and arms. So all is going well. How about everyone else? Flexy, where are you?
Oh, I started my carb up for the week today, which is good because I had a date at noon, and she was worried that she would eat more than me because I was dieting, at the restaurant (that would embarass her). SO... I had to eat an appatizer, my meal, and some of her meal, since she was full, and insisted that I try it. Any of the ladies care to explain that one?
