Water Intake - What's Yours Daily

I've said it before and I'll say it again- I definitely pee more than the pregnant lady I work with.

How many ozs/liters/gallons of water are you drinking/day?

I can get up to 3 if I want

Usually I stay around 2 gallons a day min. B/c thatis what my body has become adjusted to over timmmmmmmmmmmmmmme And no I will NOT drown myself or die

I don't drink as much as I should. I've ALWAYS had a problem trying to get all the water down in a day. So far today I'm up to 50.7 oz. (3 - 500 ml bottles). I keep trying though!

Already today I'm finishing off my 4th liter. I easily drink anywhere from 6 to 8 liters of water a day.

I've been better about my water intake, but I don't think I'm quite at a gallon yet. Some days I might be at a gallon though, I can't stop drinking it (by the 16.9 oz bottles usually) in the middle of the night some nights.

Damn girl! ;-)

I understand the adjustment thing. If I don't get enough during the day, I will wake up in the middle of the night w/cotton mouth.

I've been drinking about a gallon during my hour cardio alone every day....so i'm definitely shooting closer to two gallons.
