Those of you that have used Vitex, how long did it take for you to notice results. I just started using 3g/day.

I started 3 or 4 days ago and I'm feeling something. my nips seem to be hard A LOT more often. I'm in Texas so I know it's not from the cold weather. I'm using maybe 1600 mg a day, but I'm not on a cycle. I'm using it because I've always had puffy nips and NOTHING else has seemed to work. I think this stuff is though. I'll keep you guys posted.

What is the actual ingredient in Vitex? Is it Agnus Cactus or something like that?

i'm just picking up on this post, what is vitex. sorry to slow the post down.

it helps the sides of a fina cycle

its chasteberry and is usually used as a mentrual regulator or something like that. it helps reduce prolactin levels.

as i said up top, 4th day now and still nothing but hopefully soon. if i dont see anything by next week ill up the dosage a bit.
