-ok-, what actually helps aid in the proccess of gaining very nice veins??? I mean I have veins that pop out now when I train but they are nothing like the nice big round ones I like.....(lol)

for real though I am on EQ and have read and heard that this compound actualy helps promote the growth of the cardio vascular system, which helps more oxygen being transported by the blood stream, which helps the growth of your veins...(or something like that?)

is this true? do I need more cardio to help this effect take place??

I would like to get bigger veins, karma for good input....

Two things that can be done to increase vascularity:

1) Lose the fat that covers them, or

2) Increase the size of the veins/arteries.

Cardio does them both...so I say hit the cardio hard.

It will obvously help shed the fat...and it will increase your RBC count and plasma volume...making those veins stick out a little more.

I HAVE heard that EQ will help with this, possibly by increasing RBC count...but I wouldn't rely on it by itself...besides, an artificially raised RBC count is dangerous.

ok, so it's true that the use of AAS can lead to a few types of heart problems, 1 being the enlargment of the left ventrical right, and that can be done by over training, or to much cardio while "on"...

so what would be a safe bet for me then?? I mean I am scared to a point, but I am still on you know...so I try to get good work outs, and not over train, I want to do more cardio but I think at that point is where I might start to do some internal damage...is this safe to say?, or am I being too cautius at this point?? if cardio helps the lungs and heart would the fact that I am on help these grow as well???

After a extremely long duration of AAS usage, it is possible to develope an enlarged heart.Many athletes who dont take AAS will also have an enlarged heart as well. It is all very relevant. The more exercise you do the bigger and stronger your muscles get, including the heart.
 
i wouldnt worry too much bro hit the cardio and hit the weights hard watch your diet and enjoy your cycle
 
A clean diet very very low in sugar and simple carbs really helped me out in bringing on some nice veins that I never had before changing my eating habits and adding cardio. Also, those massive PVC pipe looking veins take time to appear, as they come with massive muscles.
 
nice flour torrtillas and apples blow my viens out. pretty freaky what food can do for ya. i never got it from eq though
 
Diet, insane training, genetics, and low bf I'd say all contribute.
