Well, the title says it all, how do you guys increase your vascularity?? Do you find it to be a directly related function of your BF%, or do you do other things to help you along as well. I have heard everything, eat more carbs, drink sugar water, the list goes on and on....... I just like to have a nice full vascular look sometimes, and was wondering what you lads do to acheive maximum vascularity.
