variation in BF testng

now i am NOT getting hung up over this and am doing well in not focusing on it, but AM curious

i had two diff bf tests ystd..one using BIA one using callipers

then today i put calliper measurements into a couple of online calculators..

for the record i am 35yo female, 164cm 37kg

anyway here is the variety!!!

BIA 6%
gym calliper 16%
online using caliper results from gym range from 5% to 9%

how bizarre!!!

you cant compare even pinch sites...there are various equations for 3, 5, 7, and even 9 sites...so if you get say 20mm for as total...obviously, it will depend on the4 NUMBER of sites pinched.

No, he means attach a chain to it & literally use it as an anchor for your boat cuz they are that unreliable.....
