Nice leg session, will bump squat weight back up 15-20lbs On Wednesday, great form and breathing today.

Egg white and protein shake, 2 slices whole wheat bread with peanut butter (2Tbsp)Rice Krispies and whey isolate before I worked legs.Egg white shake with scoop of whey and almond milk.2 turkey burgers grilled with bbq sauce on top and american cheeseOikos pro yogurt with 2 Tbsp of raw oats mixed in.8" low carb tortilla with pinch of cheese and hot sauce, ahnd ful of almonds on the side.8 oz strip steak marinated in aminos and dijon mustard grilled.Egg white shake with scoop of Ghost whey protein, whole egg and oat milk.

Tomorrow is my rest day, time to power up for Mondays Push, looking forward to that. Any feedback on me mixing up flat bar and the swiss bar for working the chest? Maybe Push day 1 Swiss bar Push day 2 straight bar? I am also tweaking exercises this week for all my workouts. If any of you have suggestions on where I can tweak things please let me know.

@man05 you're right on track with 400 grams protein and 100 carbs but try to have carbs around training

good training keep going and updating
The toast and peanut butter an hour before then a cup of Rice Krispies 30 minutes before was 🔥 for the legs today, my new secret weapon. Thank you for that tip.

Baked chicken breast pieces breaded.
I’m craving more protein on this cycle, I can ignore a craving of bread or something sweet but protein seems to be calling me. Does Primo make you a bit more hungry?

@man05 powerful day and stay strong dont worry about gravings

i suggest you drink psyllium husk 2x/day 1 tbps to keep cravings down
and add 1 capsule n2slin X with meals to help you lean and cravings down

and primo dont make you hungry its the cutting stack and diet

wait 20 minutes and see if those cravings go away

but if your body is growing of course it's going to want more food
