Friday was a great Pull session, really enjoyed todays workout, tweaked weights for the side curls up 5lbs, felt really gassed for the reclined/ seated curls. I went overboard eating an entire turkey and swiss sandwich, but it fueled my workout with a small bowl of rice krispies and protein isolate mixed in. Yesterdays use of the swiss bar yielded maximum stretch as I am still sore today from those chest presses.

Todays Meals, I blew it on the carbs and totally caved in on a foot long turkey sandwhich.

wake up/ pre workout Liquid Egg white(16oz of egg white) shake with whey protein, small bowl of plain oats (1/2C)Egg white shake with scoop of whey and almond milk.Half publix sandwhich turkey, swiss and bread and light mayo.Small bowl of rice krispies with some muscle milk isolate mixed in.Egg white shake with scoop of whey and almond milk.Ground turkey wrap with shredded cheese and hotsauce.Ground beef pattis lean meat with onions and lettuce and pickles.

Workout felt fire today, totally smooth and good effort and strength. Legs in the AM, going to cruise on the motivation for today for tomorrow. I'm digging the high reps now, have to pace myself on the sets. I can really see now how this training is going to help me the next time I go heavy again with more sets and lower reps, this is amazing.

Reinforcements arrived, I’m working though bottle one with three spares, plenty of test on hand. Domestic Supply delivers hands down.
