Todays chest went really well, only question I have is why I am sweating and ripping sweat everywhere, is the humidity or does primo cause more sweat?
Tomorrow is a pull session and I’m looking forward to that, I actually look forward to all my workouts. I’m shooting for 8 heavy pulls then dropping to a lesser weight for 30-50 reps with great control and a total of 3 sets if I can get that done. I pressed bench heavier than I have in a few weeks, I can certainly feel it as a result that not the higher reps simply caught up to me.
