Friday was a great Pull session, really enjoyed todays workout, tweaked weights for the side curls up 5lbs, felt really gassed for the reclined/ seated curls. I went overboard eating an entire turkey and swiss sandwich, but it fueled my workout with a small bowl of rice krispies and protein isolate mixed in. Yesterdays use of the swiss bar yielded maximum stretch as I am still sore today from those chest presses.

Workout felt fire today, totally smooth and good effort and strength. Legs in the AM, going to cruise on the motivation for today for tomorrow. I'm digging the high reps now, have to pace myself on the sets. I can really see now how this training is going to help me the next time I go heavy again with more sets and lower reps, this is amazing.
