I am wondering how to get my upper chest bulked up? I have gone from a 260lb max flat to around 300 in 4 months but I am can not put size on. I currently am doing 3setsX5reps for flat bench, inc dbells,and dec flys pyramiding every 3 weeks and I do switch them around. Anyone know of any suggestions to beef up the upper chest??
