upper chest

I am wondering how to get my upper chest bulked up? I have gone from a 260lb max flat to around 300 in 4 months but I am can not put size on. I currently am doing 3setsX5reps for flat bench, inc dbells,and dec flys pyramiding every 3 weeks and I do switch them around. Anyone know of any suggestions to beef up the upper chest??
 
You may have different fiber types in that area in a ratio that just don't promote size that easily. It could be what you're eating. It could be because you aren't recovering enough.

What is your EXACT split an diet?
 
I would start off with an incline movement to prioritize that part of your chest.

But as Spatts said, its not as simple as just that, although its a start.
 
I generally do right now 265for5X3 flat, incdbells80'sor85'sX5X3, and decline flys35'sor40'sX5X3. lift chest and tri's together every 6-7 days. I also do a shldrs and bi's day, leg day,and trapsand back day. I eat 5-6 times a day(very healthy) with around150-200 grams of protein. Ieat alot of carbs also with my creatine right before bed and I just started a cycle of test yesterday after 6 years of lifting and no upper chest. see anything wrong?
