I’m looking for some advice. I’m currently benching three plates with no problem, but I’m having a really hard time getting up to four plates.
I’m currently 248 lbs. And around 6’3”. and 48 years old.
Do you have any recommendations as to how I can help my benching?
I’m training twice a week, my chest, do you think that I’m overtraining? and I’m doing about 20 sets each session
