wow i cant believe how hott im getting... eating more soy later to become even more powerful.. should be fun.. Then lifting... doing dumbell curls in my basement right now...Uh lets see what else... Doing muscle fiber calculations to figure out why my muscle fibers are so dense all naturally .. should be fun.. Doing a track workout later.. Right now im eating soy, butter, wedding soup, green beans, lettuce, bacon and a dash of candy.. dont know the caloric content on it but know thats its alot... Prob 5500 calories...
Just goes to show how powerful im becoming ... I am now 3 times as strong as 2004.... WOW! Im going to go pose more in the mirror! then doing more dumbell curls later.. Should be fun. Track workout, abs, band workout, tube workout, and strengths later on too.. Listening to more christmas music to get pumped up...
