Trouble with squats.

bring your hands in a bit closer, as close as you can without it being painful for your shoulders and without it making the bar go higher on your back, this will push your shoulder blades together and keep your upper back tight. And just squat more, the more you do it the easier it will get to support the bar
 
Next time out will be the third time i do squats. Which will be tomorow

i think i know what you're talking about.... is it the one with dips and chinups and pullovers? Good luck tomorrow!
 
I'm doing that too I just dislike doing the situps because my abs are way ahead of my body since I'm supposed to go to failure but I can do them forever even with weight..what would be a good alternative?
