Tri tri tricep again

estropes

New member
My triceps grow pretty easy, but doing lying french curls I just can't seem to get a good grasp on things. When doing them properly do you want to try and keep your elbows as close as possable or do you let them slightly flair out? Also with the EZ-bar do you grap the inner or outer area of the bar. Any help would be appreicated.

Thanks:)

it 's not that criticle if your arms flare a little.grab the bar on the part where the smooth and knurling meet.also bring the bar to different places like chin , forehead, nose, also use the olympic bar...that bitch will hit the tri's different.you'll be surprised.hope that answered your question.....

I've had luck doing reverse skull crushers. Reverse grip, inner part of ez bar. Bring it to your forehead and then straight up. If you're not used to them, you'll feel it in your wrists first. But you'll get used to it. It's my favorite tri excercise.

I have never used a reverse grip but lying ez-bar extensions with a close-grip are the #1 exercise for your triceps in my opinion. Bring the bar down to the top of your forehead and lockout at the top. GREAT mass-builder for the tris. :):)
