Well the benifits are great but right now im oh so sore. Combine this with my bulk overeating and I am sitting her in discomfort. I did a heavy chest/back workout, with speedset deads...oh boy my lower body is just numb...

people in my gym wonder why I am the only one who goes through three shirts a workout, my shirts are literally so soaked with sweat that I look like I came out of a pool. My eyes are bloodshot half way through my workouts because of my intensity (people think im high). I am one of only a few in my school gym who does movements such as DEADS.

Now I sit here trying to fill my body with protien and carbs to help with post recovery. Being a bodybuilder aint easy, but it sure is fun.
 
I walk out of the gym all fucked up everytime. :D Quad day has me wandering around in a daze.
 
I can work out for an hour and a half and then do 60 minutes of cardio and barely break a sweat. However, if I get in a tanning bed for 15 minutes I'll be drenched when I get out. :confused:
 
I hear you pushing....I can fuck a sheep for 3 hours, but trying to catch the neighbor's cat wears me out in 15 minutes.
