we all know you can recover faster and train harder while on AS. Right now I'm on an anavar only cycle and my split looks like this-
Monday- Chest, Back, Shoulders (12/12/9 sets)
Tuesday- bis, tris, abs (10,10)
Wednesday- Off
Thursday- hams, quads, abs(12,12)
Friday- Calves, forearms, traps (9,6,5)
Saturday-off
Sunday- Off
I'd like to switch it so that I train each bodypart twice a week, with one light day and one heavy. Does anyone have any suggestions?
