Training Legs and Back same day?

Legs separate - back and bis together - you should concentrate on just legs for the workout. If you still feel like you need to do more, increase the weights on your legs.
 
I do chest and legs sometimes in a high/low superset fashion,if ta can do anything at all after you must go harder,I can barely stand ,but its a great change
 
Agree...

Deads should be the core of a solid back workout and squats the core of a solid leg workout. Personally, I'm usually pretty spent after deads/squats and have to fight just to finish back/legs...I couldn't imaging doing both in one workout...or even within a couple days of each other. Unless your looking for more of a circuit type overall body workout...in which case you'd be using lighter weights and I could see getting them in the same day...but that's not what you're interested in...right?
