Not a she, but for depleting, I do curcuit training (light weight, 15+ reps not the failure on each lift) and do 3 curcuits in the morning. Late I night, I come back to the gym and do an hour of moderately intense cardio. If you carbs and calories are low enough that will do a great job of depleting your glycogen stores. Heavy lifting is out. It will make you retain some extra fluid.
