Hey guys I was playing flag football in a weekend league and was playing safety back pedalling, well next thing you know the ball was coming right at me and I’m like I gotta make a play on it. So I jump to catch it and 2 other guys had the same idea and we collided and next thing I know I am on the ground and I got an MRI the next day and the ACL is torn. I’m done for the season. What supplements can I take to speed up healing?
