I've been on this board for only like 2 months, and I've learned more in these 2 months then in the last 12. Some of you guys really help me out sometimes ... like b fold the truth, heavywear, needsize ... thanks to everyone. I have more dedication and desire to lift than ever before, and this board is largely responsible. Thanks fellas.

Thanks man. I believe that everyone on here that shares their information...does so with the thought that YOU will someday share too. Always give back to what gives to you.

I try to share on here as often as possible...but it is hard to do because I am a very opinionated person. My way is not ALWAYS the right way either...well...ummm..lol.
