I always found women beautiful but never acted on it. He encouraged me to experiment and because I love him so much, I had no jealousies. My first time, he only interacted with me. He was never pushy, I always was the one to tell him do more with the other girl and to show her attention. If he acted the other way, too aggressive, it would have probably ended there. If her inclinations are there, you can coax her along and never be pushy. If there are no inclinations, then I am not sure it is good idea.
