Hello Bros. Been a long time since I've been around.
1) I have been getting back into the gym after spending over a year imprisoned in hell. I was recently released. I like doing heavier, progressive 5x5 sets of major exercises and want to do a few ~2x10 sets of anciliary exercises and was looking for some recommendations of what would best compliment my heavy sets which are:
2) In late 2012, I had a few bulging disks in my back from lifting heavier than I should. I've been fully recovered since then and have done some deadlifts with lesser weights and gradually movingup, but want to prevent re-injury with a lifting belt. There are about a million out there to choose from. Any recommendations?
3) I listed to music from my cell phone when I work out using Inner-ear, skull candy type headphones. I was considering getting bluetooth inner ear headphones so I don't need to deal with wires or carry my cell phone on my person and wanted to know if anyone here could recommend a pair for good durability, battery life, and sound quality.
Gracias. Hope to be around a bit more.
