I dnot really like straight tuna fish so i like to dip bagel chips in them.
They are made by brownstone and they haev no preseravatives very basic ingredients. 1 serving is 20 g's carbs and 1.5 g fats.... most of which is from soybean oil. i usually only use maybe 1/3 a serving when eating with a can of tun so i figured they would be fine but just checking with u guys. seems like a much better alternative then eating it on bread which has more carbs and is more expensive to get the non preservative kind.
