I dnot really like straight tuna fish so i like to dip bagel chips in them.

They are made by brownstone and they haev no preseravatives very basic ingredients. 1 serving is 20 g's carbs and 1.5 g fats.... most of which is from soybean oil. i usually only use maybe 1/3 a serving when eating with a can of tun so i figured they would be fine but just checking with u guys. seems like a much better alternative then eating it on bread which has more carbs and is more expensive to get the non preservative kind.

try whole wheat pitas instead. you can even make whole wheat pita chips in the oven if you want something with a crunch.

If I were bulking, I probably wouldn't sweat the small stuff like that. You will have plenty of time to be strict when you decide to cut and then you'll be kicking yourself for worrying about a few chips while you were bulking. Just my thoughts.
