Hello all,
I have been working out for about 10 months now. My shoulder press has been stuck on 60 pds, forever, months im telling you. Last night I decided to stop being such a bitch and take the pain! I put up 65's for 9 reps, then I ****ing went to 70s and put them up for 5, ****ing andrenaline rush I tell you. Finally!!!! I was focused like a bad mofo. There isnt any better feeling than just getting mad at the dumbells and making them your bitch!!!
 
Haaa i wanna see you in the gym, yelling at the dumbells,
"your my bitch, same my name" kicking them and shit
"whos your daddy, bitch?"

I was held back for months by me being scared and/or having a negative attitude.

i said i cant lift X amount of weight.......so i didnt. my mind over powered my body.
 
I had the same problem with weighted dips. For a long time I just did my bodyweight and one day I decided to throw some weight on me and ended up using a lot more than I thought I ever could.
