Hello all,
I have been working out for about 10 months now. My shoulder press has been stuck on 60 pds, forever, months im telling you. Last night I decided to stop being such a bitch and take the pain! I put up 65's for 9 reps, then I ****ing went to 70s and put them up for 5, ****ing andrenaline rush I tell you. Finally!!!! I was focused like a bad mofo. There isnt any better feeling than just getting mad at the dumbells and making them your bitch!!!
