After working my way thru successive squat workouts of 355x2x6 sets, 355x3x6 355x4x6 355x5x6 355x6x6 today called for 375x5. The 355x6 day was tough so I wasn't sure I'd get all these in. I downed a lipostim, 3 Amps and slammed them all ass to ankles...didn't even bother with a spot. From the first rep the thought of not getting them all never occurred to me. Next workout = 400x4x4 sets. I may just round it up to 405.
